Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Pune. The candidate should have a good understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. This role is suitable for freshers and early-career designers who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
A portfolio showcasing design work is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Support the marketing team in developing visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in colors, fonts, and overall branding across all designs.
- Make revisions based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple assignments and complete tasks within given timelines.
- Assist in basic video editing and straightforward motion creatives when required.
- Maintain organized files and design assets for future use.
- Stay updated with current design trends and tools.





Required Skills

- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign or similar tools is an added advantage).
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and implement feedback.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media creative formats is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field

(Relevant skills or practical experience will also be considered)

Additional Information

- Internship / academic projects / freelance work will be considered as experience.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office in Pune.
- This role focuses on day-to-day design execution and learning, with growth opportunities based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
