Job Summary:

The position in Packaging Development is responsible for all the activities related to PDD – Packaging Development in the Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, Baddi Location.

Essential Job Functions:

- Preparation, Review and approval of Master Packaging Card & Pack Style.

- Preparation, Review and approval of Packaging Instruction.

- Preparation, Review and approval of Packaging Process Study Protocol & Report.

- Preparation, Review and approval of Packaging Validation protocol & Report.

- Preparation, Review and approval of BOM, Item Code and Master Recipe in SAP

- Monitoring of Exhibit Batches, Scale UP and Trials at shop floor.

- Initiation, Review and approval of Packaging risk assessment.

- Change Parts development & approval.

- Initiation, Review and approval of Change Controls, CAPA & Investigations.

- Review and approval of Packaging Material Specification & STP.





- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders like PMO, R&D;, MSTG, Regulatory, Purchase, Quality and Manufacturing for smooth execution of Packaging of EB.

- Support manufacturing for technical issue resolution and productivity improvement projects.

- To provide Packaging development support for EB Batches during site transfer products.

- Support Regulatory for registration sample generations for new fillings.

- Candidate having similar experience in Domestic and Semi regulated market like Russ, Brazil & ROW shall be preferred.

- Candidate having knowledge of dosages form like Liquid Syrup/Suspensions, Semi Solid Products (Cream, Gel, Ointments) and Cosmetics shall be preferred.

Master in Life science and Diploma in Packaging is preferred

Tenure: 6 to 10 years
