We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Land Acquisition Skilled to join our team in Tirunelveli. This role is critical for securing land parcels through various channels and managing the end-to-end process from prospecting to project execution support.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Land Acquisition

Qualification: Any Graduate

ey Responsibilities
1. Land Prospecting & Negotiation

Generate leads for potential land parcels via direct landowners and broker networks.

Manage broker relationships and oversee the negotiation process to ensure competitive pricing.

2. Technical Due-Diligence & Survey

Coordinate land and pathway surveys to ensure feasibility.

Ensure compliance with EB (Electricity Board) norms and coordinate with the WRD (Water Resources Department).

Manage technical assessments to mitigate risks before acquisition.

3. RE Farm Access & Logistics





Collaborate with the projects and logistics teams to determine and secure access routes for Wind Farms.

Ensure the site is accessible for heavy machinery and project equipment.

4. Documentation & Legal Liaisoning

Provide end-to-end support in document collection for Legal Due Diligence (DD).

Liaise with authorities for Revenue Department tasks, including land mutations and obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs).

5. Project Execution Support

Manage on-ground broker activities during the construction phase.

Handle logistics movement issues and resolve pole compensation matters with local stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies

Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Tirunelveli’s geography and local land laws.

Liaisoning: Proven ability to work with government officials (Revenue, EB, WRD).

Negotiation: Excellent persuasive skills to deal with brokers and village-level stakeholders.

Language: Fluency in the local language
