- *Product Group:** TrustRadius is a B2B technology decisioning platform that helps buyers make confident software purchase decisions and enables vendors to activate high‑intent, in‑market buyers through rich review content and intent data signals. - *What You Will Do**
- Develop robust microservices using NestJS/Node.js and TypeScript , building APIs for lead generation, vendor management, and intent resolution services
- Design and implement database architectures across PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including complex data models for B2B lead scoring, vendor relationships, and customer analytics
- Build secure authentication and authorization systems using Auth0, OAuth2, and JWT tokens for multi-tenant SaaS platform serving enterprise customers
- Integrate third-party services including LinkedIn APIs, Clearbit enrichment, Salesforce CRM, and payment processing systems with robust error handling and retry mechanisms




- Optimize API performance for high-throughput scenarios (10M+ requests/day) including caching strategies, query optimization, and load balancing
- Implement event-driven architectures using Google Cloud Pub/Sub for real-time data processing and inter-service communication
- *What You Will Be Responsible For**
- Database performance and scalability including query optimization, indexing strategies, and data modeling for complex B2B relationships
- API security and compliance ensuring SOC2 standards for handling sensitive customer data and business intelligence
- Service reliability and monitoring with comprehensive logging, alerting, and performance metrics using tools like New Relic / DataDog and custom dashboards
- Code quality and technical debt management through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and architectural improvements
- *What You Will Need**
- 5+ years backend development with Node.js/TypeScript and microservices architecture
- Strong database expertise with PostgreSQL (complex queries, performance tuning) and MongoDB (document design, aggregation pipelines)
- API design and integration experience with RESTful services, GraphQL, and third-party API consumption
- Authentication/authorization implementation with OAuth2, JWT, and enterprise SSO solutions
- Cloud platform proficiency with GCP services, containerization, and distributed systems
