The Global Supply Management (GSM) organization is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply ecosystem across raw materials and finished goods globally. The team plays a critical role in enabling supply agility, improving planning intelligence, and driving operational excellence across the supply network.

We are seeking a **Senior Manager – Global Supply Management** to lead the next phase of digital transformation within GSM. This role combines deep **supply chain domain expertise with advanced data, AI, and generative technologies** to unlock recent capabilities in supply planning, decision automation, and predictive insights.

The ideal candidate will bring **hands-on experience in building AI-driven solutions**, including **Generative AI, AI agents, data engineering, and advanced analytics**, while working closely with planning teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform how supply chain decisions are made.

This role will play a key part in enabling **data-driven, AI-augmented supply chain planning**, supporting initiatives such as planning automation, intelligent insights, and scalable digital solutions across the global supply network.

- *Key Responsibilities**
- *AI-Enabled Supply Chain Transformation**
- Lead the development and deployment of **AI-driven solutions** to enhance supply planning, inventory optimization, and decision intelligence




- Design and implement **Generative AI and AI-agent-based applications** that support planners in scenario analysis, root cause analysis, and decision support
- Translate complex supply chain problems into **data and AI-driven solutions** that improve planning efficiency and speed of decision making
- *Supply Chain Data intelligence:**
- Build frameworks for **large-scale supply chain data integration, cleansing, mining, and enrichment** across planning systems
- Leverage advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets, including demand, inventory, vendor capacity, and production planning data
- Partner with technology teams to develop scalable **data pipelines and analytical models** supporting supply chain decision intelligence
- *Digital Planning Platforms & System Integration**
- Work closely with planning technology platforms (such as **o9, Alteryx, and other planning systems**) to enable data integration and advanced analytics capabilities
- Design tools and automation solutions that **augment planner productivity and reduce manual planning tasks**
- Drive innovation in planning systems through **AI-driven workflows, predictive analytics, and automated insights**
- *Innovation & Capability Building**
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies including **Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning,



and decision intelligence platforms**
- Lead experimentation and pilot programs to test **new AI capabilities in supply chain planning**
- Help build internal capabilities by enabling planners to leverage data and AI-driven insights in their daily workflows
- *Requirements**
- 10+ years of experience in **supply chain management, supply planning, or operations planning**
- Strong understanding of **inventory planning, production planning, supply network planning, and S&OP; processes**
- Proven experience working with **large supply chain datasets and advanced analytics**
- Hands-on experience with **AI / Generative AI technologies**, including experimentation or implementation in business processes
- Experience building or supporting **data pipelines, data cleansing, data mining, and data modeling initiatives**
- Strong programming or analytical capability in **Python, SQL, or similar data tools**
- Experience with planning platforms such as **o9, SAP APO, or similar supply chain planning systems**
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with **Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, Claude-type architectures, AI agents, prompt engineering)**
- Experience building **AI-assisted workflows, copilots, or decision support tools**
- Knowledge of **data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics techniques**
- Experience with analytics platforms such as **Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent**
- Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and ability to **translate technology capabilities into business value**
