- *Role Description**

nThis is a full time, on-site position for a Real Estate Management Trainee based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will assist with real estate development projects, oversee property management tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to sales strategies. You will also be involved in tasks related to managing real estate assets and understanding the operational aspects of real estate development projects.n

Experience

Education

nBBA / MBA / Engineering (Tier-1 / Tier-2 colleges preferred)n

What You’ll Work On

nFinancial Analysis & Feasibilityn

- Build financial models, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis




- Evaluate project feasibility for layouts and villa developments
- Track costs, sales performance, and ROI

nBudgeting & Cost Controln
- Prepare and monitor project budgets
- Conduct variance analysis and cost tracking
- Coordinate fund utilization with internal teams

nMOA & Documentationn
- Draft and review MOAs and key agreements
- Work closely with legal, landowners, and partners
- Ensure alignment of financial and legal structures

nInvestor Pitch & Presentationsn
- Create compelling pitch decks for investors and partners
- Present project insights, financials, and market potential
- Use PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools for high-quality output

Project Coordination

n
- Collaborate with architects, planners, legal & finance teams
- Ensure smooth flow of approvals, documentation, and planning

nMarket Research & Product Strategyn
- Analyze Bangalore micro-markets
- Study competitor pricing and demand trends
- Support product positioning and pricing decisions

nSite Visits & On-Ground Exposuren
- Travel regularly to project sites across North Bangalore
- Understand on-ground progress, development stages, and challenges
- Coordinate with site teams to align planning with execution
