- **Build and Lead a Team:** Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.
- 68 years of professional experience in software engineering, including at least several years in senior or lead roles
- **Drive Delivery:** Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met with quality, scalability,



and sustainability in mind.
- **Hands-on Guidance:** Contribute actively to the codebase, lead by example in both backend and frontend development, and support complex technical challenges.
- **Set Technical Direction:** Shape system architecture, define coding standards, and guide the adoption of best practices across the team.
- **Foster Collaboration:** Work closely with Engineering Managers and other engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration.
- **Ensure Quality:** Oversee testing, code reviews, and QA practices to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- **Scale for the Future:** Lay the foundations for a sustainable, scalable external team that can grow with the company’s evolving needs.
