This is a hybrid

- *Business Systems Analyst + Product Owner**

nrole responsible for driving system enhancements, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring stability of global financial systems. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing ERP solutions.n

? Key Responsibilities

n

? Product Ownership & Strategy

n

- Own D365 F&O; product vision, roadmap, and backlog for R2R
- Translate business needs into user stories and release plans
- Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and development teams

n? Functional Expertise (R2R)n
- SME in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidations, Financial Reporting
- Lead requirement gathering, process design, and solutioning

n? Production Support & Operationsn
- Handle incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Support month-end and year-end close cycles

n? Enhancements & Integrationsn
- Drive ERP enhancements, integrations,



and release management
- Ensure seamless data flow across upstream/downstream systems

n? Continuous Improvementn
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize finance processes
- Leverage tools like Power BI, BlackLine, and ServiceNow

n? Compliance & Controlsn
- Ensure adherence to GAAP / IFRS and audit requirements
- Support audit activities and maintain system integrity

n? Testing & Change Managementn
- Lead UAT, regression testing, and deployment support
- Drive user adoption through training and documentation

n? Leadershipn
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with global stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership

n?️ Required Skillsn
- Strong experience in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
- Deep expertise in R2R processes
- Product Owner / Agile experience (backlog, user stories, sprint planning)
- Experience in ERP support, enhancements, and integrations
- Strong understanding of GAAP / IFRS

n⭐ Nice to Haven
- Power BI, BlackLine, ServiceNow exposure
- ITIL process knowledge
- Azure DevOps / Agile delivery experience
- Experience in global ERP implementations
