- *Position Overview:**

nCommercial Account Manager (Sales) will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships by offering tailored IT-driven solutions. This role demands a client-focused professional with proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in Application & Data Integration (EAI/EDI, Kafka), AI & ML, Enterprise Data Management, Information Security, and Server Configuration & Deployment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding client needs, recommending value-driven solutions, and managing accounts strategically to achieve sales targets and strengthen Giniminds’ market presence.n
- *Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial clients to achieve revenue goals.** Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the trusted partner for Application & Data Integration, Kafka, AI & ML, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), EDI, Information Security, and Server Configuration & Deployment. **Understand client requirements, map business needs, and propose tailored technology solutions that deliver measurable value.** Develop and execute account growth plans, including upselling and crossselling Giniminds’ offerings. **Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.** Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams (project managers, technical consultants, support) to align solutions with client needs. **Track and report sales performance metrics (pipeline growth, revenue, retention)



using CRM tools.** Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Giniminds effectively in the market. **Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations throughout the sales cycle.** Provide regular updates and market insights to the sales leadership team.

nQualifications: **Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.**n
- *Experience:** Proven ability to manage client accounts and achieve sales targets. **Minimum 7+ years of B2B sales experience in Application & Data Integration, AI & Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, or Data Protection & Infrastructure Security.** Experience selling verticals such as healthcare, or technology enterprises. **Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Model).** Exposure to large-scale enterprise projects (system integration, data modernization, AI-driven analytics, infrastructure security initiatives).
- *Technical Skills:** **Good understanding of enterprise technology solutions across integration, analytics, data management, and security.** Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) and sales tracking tools. **Familiarity with contract negotiation and IT sales processes.**
- *Certifications (Optional):** Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional). **IT-related credentials (e.g., CompTIA, Data Analytics or Security Fundamentals).**
