Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual and video content that enhances internal and external communication for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, script, and develop storyboards for engaging video content aligned with communication objectives.
- Produce high-quality, short-form video clips for platforms such as intranet and social media.
- Design creative collaterals including presentations, banners, standees, brochures, and other communication materials.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) to create visually appealing content.
- Leverage AI tools for design enhancement and copywriting to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Maintain and systematically organize the archive of all company photos and videos for easy retrieval and usage.
- Integrate After Effects workflows with Premiere Pro and other Adobe tools for seamless production.
- Apply visual effects,



tracking, masking, and compositing techniques to enhance video quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid organizational and file management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduation degree certification in Multimedia Design or a related field
- Prior experience in corporate communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
