Requirements
5–7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and grow client relationships.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Prior experience in the IT industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture,
and sustain long-term relationships with key clients.
Business Growth: Identify new opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth.
Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized IT solutions.
Performance Oversight: Monitor account performance, track progress, and ensure targets are consistently met.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends to position Brilyant as a trusted IT partner.
