Role & responsibilities:*
Act as the primary offshore point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with onsite account managers to develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts and support revenue growth initiatives.
Coordinate with delivery, HR, and practice teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Prepare account performance reports, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure seamless coordination between global teams including recruitment, delivery, and support.
Support contract renewals, SLAs, and compliance documentation.
Stay updated on enterprise technologies (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe, AWS) and share insights with the global account management team.
Preferred candidate profile:*
Experience:
8+ years in account management, preferably with international clients or in a global delivery model.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
Skills: Solid understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), excellent communication, multi-account management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination.
Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, results-driven, able to work across time zones, and comfortable collaborating with global teams.
Preferred: Experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise software; familiarity with contract management and SLAs;
ncertifications such as PMP or CAM are a plus.
