Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Human Resources Manager based in Pune Division, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, managing performance appraisals, fostering employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing training and development programs, and overseeing compensation and perks strategies.



The HR Manager will also act as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and provide strategic HR guidance.

Qualifications
HR Strategy Development, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement skills
Robust knowledge of Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Development
Experience in designing and implementing training, learning, and development programs
Proficiency in Labor Law Compliance and HR process optimization
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Capability to lead teams and influence executive decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, in real estate or infrastructure development sectors
