Build Real-Time, Scalable Applications with a Growing Tech Company

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
- Develop real-time features using WebSockets
- Design, build, and maintain secure REST APIs
- Implement secure authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
- Use Redis for caching and performance optimization
- Integrate messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams
- Optimize performance and ensure high system reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented production-ready code

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer
- Valuable understanding of real-time architecture and backend systems




- Experience implementing OAuth and authentication systems
- Working knowledge of Redis
- Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Strong understanding of REST API design
- Comfortable with Git and version control workflows
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

- Experience with NestJS
- Knowledge of gRPC
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
