Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and passionate freshers who are interested in field marketing and customer interaction. This role involves promoting the eTown mobile application, assisting users with onboarding, and supporting on-ground marketing activities.
All passed-out students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
- Promote the eTown application to local shops, businesses, and service providers.
- Conduct field visits to increase app awareness and adoption.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities in assigned areas.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities on the ground.
Customer Onboarding & Support
- Assist users with mobile app installation and registration.
- Explain app features, benefits, and usage in a straightforward and clear manner.
- Provide basic support during initial app usage.
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily records of field visits and onboarded users.
- Share feedback and progress updates with the internal team.
- Coordinate with the team for follow-ups or issue resolution.
- Attend basic training sessions to understand product features.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers / all passed-out students can apply
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Passionate about field marketing and customer interaction
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
- Willing to work in the field and meet people daily
- Candidates must be from Thoothukudi, Nellai, Madurai, or Kovilpatti
