Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and efficient office environment, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for greeting and directing clients, providing initial information about our services, and performing basic office maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client & Visitor Management:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages and directing callers as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for initial client inquiries, explaining our services and identifying their needs.
- Emphasize telecalling abilities to engage and convert potential clients.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Assists customers in a retail setting, providing information on products and services.

o Meets with clients to understand their needs and recommends suitable products and services. Conducts product demonstrations and facilitates sales.

o Offers technical assistance to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).

o Resolves customer issues and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.

o Collects and analyzes customer feedback to improve services.

- Office Maintenance & Operations:




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Perform basic office maintenance tasks, such as mail distribution, inventory management, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Oversee office resources, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist with general office tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, and coordinating appointments.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with mail distribution and processing.
- Maintain records of visitor attendance and client interactions.
- Support the team with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office logistics.

Qualifications:

- Professional degree (Bachelor's required).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with office software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Telecalling abilities are essential for client engagement and conversion.
- Fluency in Tamil and English; Hindi is a plus.
- 1 year of work experience in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time
