The Customer Relations Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their interaction with the organization. This role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers through phone, email, or in-person interactions in a courteous and qualified manner.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Operations, Accounts, and HR to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,
follow-ups, and feedback.
- Support customer onboarding, scheduling, and service coordination when required.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in preparing customer feedback reports and satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure all communication reflects the company’s standards and professionalism.
