Role Description of Assistant Manager - Client Relations
As an Assistant Manager - Client Relations, your role would primarily be to take ownership of end to end delivery for corporate clients assigned to you. You would also build and grow key account relationships by helping them hire and engage students from across the country using our technology, knowledge and reach.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with clients for all campus related activities
- Develop high-quality client relationships, strategize and build effective plan for each client
- Systematic execution of delivery processes to meet corporate requirements
- Responsible for renewals of existing corporate clients
- Build deeper knowledge about the campus hiring scenarios and help corporate in meeting their requirements
Experience
- Above 2 years in Corporate Account Management
Desired Qualifications / Traits
- Robust written and oral communication skills
- Easily able to build relationship / connect with people
- Ability to understand the client's problems and join the dots of how our solution can help them
- Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements
- Self driven, persistent, action oriented, quick thinker and goal driven
