Role Description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can produce engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid sense of storytelling, design aesthetics, and an understanding of current social media trends. Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics and videos for:

Social media reels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)

n

Paid ad creatives

n

Brand videos and presentations

n

Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visuals

n

Edit raw footage and add animations,



transitions, and effects

n

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity

n

Optimize creatives for performance and engagement

n

Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and formats Required Skills

n

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

n

Strong understanding of animation, typography, and color theory

n

Experience in creating short-form video content (reels/ads)

n

Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with digital marketing agencies or brands
