operations, including IT procurement, helpdesk support, infrastructure
management, and network administration. The role also drives IT strategy,
ensures system reliability and security, and provides actionable management
reporting to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities1. IT Operations & Helpdesk ManagementLead




and manage IT helpdesk operations ensuring timely resolution of incidents
and service requests.Define
and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics.Implement
ticketing systems and automation to improve support efficiency.Manage
user onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and endpoint support. 2. IT Infrastructure & Network ManagementOversee
design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers,
storage, cloud, endpoints).Manage
enterprise networks including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and internet
connectivity (ILL).Ensure
high availability, performance, and scalability of systems.Drive
infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery
