Job Summary The Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role as the primary liaison between the ATS global IT group and other ATS divisions or departments that utilize enterprise systems or data combining technical acumen, business acuity, and industry knowledge to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our enterprise systems, with a specific focus on JD Edwards like Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Sales Order Management and Advance Pricing.Responsibilities Strategy & Planning

Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Work with key stakeholders (system owners and data users) and other project team members to define, validate and prioritize system requirements.
Lead design sessions in prototyping new features or systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
Participate in the preparation of project proposals.
Convert Business requirement to Functional specification.

Acquisition & Deployment





Research software and hardware solutions to justify recommendations and to support purchasing e orts.
Collaborate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and system enhancements.
Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide accurate documentation.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new applications and reports, and other post-implementation support.
Provide orientation and training to new system users or training for recent applications and process’.

Operational Management

Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve system related problems.
Document all pertinent system user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are requir
