About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilledSeniorDevOpsEngineerwho brings deep expertise across major cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, CI/CD, and modernDevOpspractices. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can design scalable systems, build robust deployment pipelines, drive engineering excellence, and contribute to long-termDevOpsstrategy. Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to guide teams through modern cloud-native and AI-poweredDevOpssolutions are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Architect, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across major cloud platforms such asAWS,Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such asTerraform,AWSCloudFormation,Pulumi, orAzureResource Manager (ARM)templates.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost efficiency.

Automation & CI/CD

- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines usingGitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins,AzureDevOps, ArgoCD, orSpinnaker.
- Automate deployment workflows, configuration management, and operational processes usingAnsible, Chef, Puppet, or shell scripting.
- Implement automated testing, security scans, and quality gates across pipelines.

Containerization & Orchestration

- Build and maintain containerized applications usingDocker.
- Deploy and manage workloads onKubernetes, utilizing Helm Charts, Operators, and GitOps practices.
- Administer Kubernetes clusters usingEKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed environments.

Monitoring, Logging & Security

- Implement comprehensive observability solutions usingPrometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack,Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, orCloudWatch.
- Define and enforce security best practices for cloud, network, and application infrastructure.




- Maintain compliance with security policies, IAM governance, and vulnerability management.

AI &DevOpsAutomation;

- Integrate AI-enabled tooling to improve pipeline efficiency, incident prediction, capacity planning, and automated remediation.
- Evaluate and implement AI/ML-drivenDevOpsplatforms such asAIOps,GitHub Copilot,AzureDevOpsAI, or cloud-native AI services.
- Drive experimentation with generative AI for documentation automation, code quality improvements, and operational insights.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentorDevOpsengineers, fostering best practices in automation, cloud architecture, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, security, architecture, and product teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- Influence technical decision-making and contribute to the long-termDevOpsand cloud strategy.
- Participate in incident management and guide teams in root cause analysis and preventive measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience inDevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud providerAWS/Azure/GCP.
- Solid proficiency with IaC.
- Demonstrated experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
- Strong scripting skills inPython, Bash, PowerShell, orGo.
- Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and distributed systems.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes orchestration at scale.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical exposure to AI-driven engineering tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional collaborations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications:AWSSolutions Architect /DevOpsEngineer,AzureDevOpsEngineer,CKA/CKAD.
- Experience implementing GitOps withArgoCDorFlux.
- Background in microservices architecture, serverless
