- *Job Description – Receptionist**
- *Location:** Kopar Khairne
- *Salary Range:** ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month
- *Position Overview:**

nWe are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and professionally behaved **Receptionist** who will be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, especially while interacting with foreign clients, and should be capable of managing front-desk operations efficiently.n

Greeting

Visitors**

n
- Welcome guests, clients, and employees in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or concerned personnel as per the process.
- *2. Answering & Directing Calls**
- Handle all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information, take messages, or transfer calls to the relevant department/staff.

Handling

nMail & Deliveries**n
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Arrange and prepare outgoing mail or courier shipments as required.

Managing Office

n

Supplies**

n
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- *5.

Administrative

n

Support**

n
- Assist with basic administrative activities such as preparing reports, managing invoices, and supporting office events or meetings.
- Provide support to HR/Admin teams whenever required.
- *6. Cafeteria & Pantry Management**




- Oversee the smooth functioning of pantry services and equipment (coffee machines, microwaves, dispensers, etc.).
- Coordinate with cafeteria vendors for timely breakfast and lunch arrangements.

Reception Area

Management**

n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Ensure all front-desk materials and documents are updated and accessible.
- *8.

Meeting

nRoom & Board Room Coordination**n
- Manage logistics requests for meeting rooms and boardrooms.
- Coordinate F&B; requirements, seating arrangements, and setup for internal meetings, townhalls, and client visits.
- *Requirements & Skills:**
- Excellent spoken English; confident communication with foreign clients.
- Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office or receptionist roles (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient under pressure.
