Principal Informatica MDM Consultant - Customer 360

Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance Customer Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform with deep specialization in Informatica Customer 360 (C360) .

The role focuses on designing and managing customer-centric data domains , ensuring high data quality, governance, and seamless integration across enterprise systems, while supporting both operational and enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of customer domain solutions in Informatica Customer 360 , including business entities, party models, relationships, and hierarchies
- Configure and manage C360-specific capabilities such as:
- Match & merge rules
- Survivorship rules
- Data stewardship workflows
- Hierarchy management
- Develop and maintain data integration flows, transformation logic, and validation rules within IDMC (CDI/CAI )
- Build and optimize customer data onboarding, enrichment, and golden record creation processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer data quality issues within C360 , perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Execute enhancement requests including new customer attributes, UI configurations, validation rules, and integration extensions




- Support bulk data loads, migration activities, and cross-system data synchronization for customer entities
- Collaborate with data stewards, governance teams, and business stakeholders to enforce customer data standards and compliance
- Perform testing, regression validation, and deployment support across environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation, C360 configuration guides, and operational runbooks
- Participate in L2/L3 incident management and production support for customer MDM solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Core Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Customer 360 (C360) including configuration, data modeling, and administration
- Expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) components:
- Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

Functional & Technical Skills

- Deep understanding of customer data models, party models, hierarchies, and relationship management
- Experience in match/merge, survivorship, and golden record management within C360
- Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and MDM best practices
- Experience with REST APIs, batch integration, and real-time data processing
