nThis is a full time on-site role located in Bengaluru East for an Instructional Designer. The role involves designing effective instructional strategies, conducting needs analyses, developing curriculum, and managing learning experiences.n

Responsibilities include creating engaging course content tailored to the needs of learners and institutions,



along with collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality program development.

- *Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Needs Analysis and identifying key learning objectives.
- Expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development for online and blended learning programs.
- Experience in Training & Development and fostering learner engagement.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and learning experience management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools and e-learning technologies is advantageous.
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is preferred.
