Role Description
This is a full time, in office role for a Facilities Manager located in Pune Division. The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management, including maintenance, security, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, ensuring optimal functionality of the property, conducting inspections, managing budgets,



and coordinating facility services to support business objectives effectively.
Qualifications
Facility management expertise, including maintenance operations and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Vendor management and budgeting skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with facility management technology and tools
Experience in risk management and emergency procedures is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
