Salary range: Rs 30000 to 35000 per month

Role Description

This is a full time on-field role for a Sales Executive located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing and recent customers, managing sales pipelines,



and meeting sales targets. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also prepare sales reports and collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and readiness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and consultative sales approach
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the waste management industry and environmental solutions is a significant advantage
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in using sales software and tools
Experience in the local Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad market will be an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
