Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, execution tracking, and risk identification. Maintain and update RR trackers, WBS codes, and allocation matrices.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Resource Deployment teams for staffing needs. Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding logistics. Prepare and circulate dashboards for headcount, demand, and fulfilment status. Collaborate with delivery leads and account managers to ensure timely updates on project status and resource movements.
Billing and invoicing creation and timesheet tracking. Required Skills Basic understanding of project management principles and delivery lifecycle.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise tools (e.g., RR Tracker, WBS systems). Robust communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps or similar is a plus.
Preferred Experience 3–5 years in PMO, delivery operations, or resource coordination.
Familiarity with internal hiring processes. Billing and invoicing creation
