- *Job Summary**

nWe are seeking a highly skilled GCP Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role focuses on cloud architecture, networking, infrastructure automation, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments, rather than application-level DevOps responsibilities.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture**
- Design and implement scalable, secure GCP infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and manage IaaS platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Support enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- *Cloud Networking**
- Architect and optimize GCP networking solutions, including VPC design, subnetting, and routing.
- Configure and manage Cloud Router with BGP for dynamic routing.
- Implement hybrid connectivity using VPN and Interconnect.
- Evaluate and implement networking models such as VPC Peering and Network Connectivity Center (NCC).
- *Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation**
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm and Customise.
- *CI/CD & GitOps**




- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Utilize tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Flux.
- Implement GitOps practices for automated and consistent deployments.
- *Containerization & Virtualization**
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Work with legacy virtualization platforms such as VMware.
- Support migration from traditional infrastructure to cloud-native environments.
- *Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or platform engineering.
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep understanding of cloud networking (VPC, BGP, VPN, Interconnect).
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and GitOps practices.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure + GCP).
- Background in enterprise virtualization (VMware).
- Knowledge of API gateways and serverless architectures.
- GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Network Engineer).
- *Nice to Have**
- Experience with security best practices in cloud environments.
- Exposure to observability tools (Monitoring, Logging, APM).
- Understanding of cost optimization strategies in GCP.
