This position requires expertise in jewellery CAD design with strong technical understanding, software proficiency, and the ability to create exact 2D and 3D models. Job Responsibilities
Create CAD models for all types of jewellery using industry-standard design software.
Interpret and develop designs based on technical drawings, views, and references.
Understand net and web images and convert them into accurate CAD outputs.
Work on linking parts such as bangles, bracelets, and earrings.
Use 2D and 3D tools for detailed design execution.
Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Analyse design challenges and propose creative, workable solutions.
Ensure strong understanding of jewellery construction, techniques, and technical specifications.
Work with designs involving plain and studded jewellery in silver and gold.
Apply knowledge of various stone-setting types and structural requirements.
Software Requirements
Expertise in CAD software such as Rhino and Matrix.
Basic knowledge of 3D design software, Excel, PowerPoint, and Corel.
Experience Required
4 to 5 years of experience in jewellery CAD design.
Strong technical background in jewellery designing and structure.
Qualifications and Skills
Valuable communication skills appropriate for design coordination.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Proficiency in analysing design requirements and technical data.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
