Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality English language instruction for grades 6 to 10, ensuring solid academic outcomes, effective communication skills, and holistic student development in alignment with the school’s curriculum and values.
Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Result Areas)
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE/School curriculum.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, training, and school events.
Support remedial and enrichment programs as required.
Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Improvement in student academic performance and exam results.
Effective classroom management and student engagement levels.
Timely completion of syllabus and lesson plans.
Quality of assessments, corrections, and feedback provided.
Student participation in language activities, debates, and presentations.
Parent and student feedback on teaching effectiveness.
Adherence to school policies and academic timelines.
