Job Responsibilities
Own delivery, execution, and engineering outcomes for assigned programs and services.
Translate business and platform strategy into executable engineering roadmaps.
Act as the people manager and engineering enabler for Infrastructure Engineers reporting into the role.
Engineering & Delivery Leadership (≈40%)
Provide technical leadership across cloud native and workspace engineering initiatives, including:
Infrastructure & device automation
O365 / Teams Telephony platforms
Conferencing & physical workspace technologies
Copilot, Data engineering and analytics pipelines (e.g., Snowflake)
Lead end-to-end Agile delivery with full ownership of planning, estimation, execution,

risk management, and release outcomes.
Ensure engineering guidelines across:
Cloud security & DevSecOps
Automation-first build
Guide teams on automation of provisioning, configuration, and compliance, reducing manual operations.
Promote engineering rigor through building reviews, documentation, and architectural alignment.
Enable adoption of current technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, automation guided by data) where relevant to workspace and infrastructure domains.
Coordinate run & support operations, including Incident and Problem Management, ensuring SLA adherence while driving permanent fixes.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement (≈30%)
Establish and continually improve delivery and execution frameworks, including:
Risk & dependency management
Defect prevention and RCA
Operational maturity and automation coverage
Use metrics and analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opport
