Dot Home and Commercial Construction is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Architect to join our team for ongoing residential and commercial projects in Hubballi.

Position: Architect

nLocation: Hubballi, Karnatakan

Experience: 1–5 years (Fresh graduates with robust technical skills may also be considered)

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Preparation of architectural layouts, plans, and working drawings
- Development of 3D views and presentation drawings
- Coordination with structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants
- Site visits to ensure design compliance and execution quality
- Client coordination and design finalization
- Compliance with local building regulations and approval norms





nRequired Qualifications & Skills:n
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools
- Revit knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
