nDo you have a "voice for radio" and a heart for helping students? We are looking for an **Academic Counselor & Tele-Caller** to guide college freshers toward a rewarding career in Visual Effects (VFX). You will be the primary point of contact for students inquiring about our academy, helping them navigate their transition from college to the professional creative world.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Expert Counseling:** Conduct high-volume outbound calls to freshers and leads to explain the scope of the VFX industry and our curriculum.
- **Lead Conversion:** Systematically follow up with interested candidates to convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
- **Needs Analysis:** Listen to student interests and suggest the right specialization (e.g., Compositing, 3D Modeling, Animation).




- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our Tracker.
- **Overcoming Objections:** Address concerns regarding fees, job placements, and course duration with factual and persuasive information.
- *Requirements & Skills**
- **Communication:** Flawless verbal communication in **Tamil and English**. (Knowledge of Hindi and any other language is a plus).
- **Persuasion Power:** Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and sustain interest.
- **Educational Background:** Any Graduate (Prior experience in Ed-Tech or Education sales is a huge advantage).
- **Tech Comfort:** Familiarity with Google Sheets/MS Excel and basic office tools.
