Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Assist in responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings
Project Coordination: Help coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation,



including meeting notes, project plans, and client reports
Research: Conduct research on clients' industries and competitors to provide insights and recommendations
Communication: Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure explicit communication and understanding of project requirements
Support: Provide administrative support to the Client Services team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing client events
Feedback: Gather client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements
Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on project status and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactivity: Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attitude: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a client-focused mindset
