Requirements

This opening is for Work from Office, Its not Work from Home.

Knowledge of computer and Windows Operating System / Experience in handling Remote support tools like Teamviewer, AnyDesk, Ammy Admin, etc.

Resolve customer issues to meet Service SLAs. And keep high level of customer satisfaction.

Languages known: Hindi, English and regional language
Education: Diploma/BE Electrical/Electronics/Any software support exposure will be added advantage.

Skills & Knowledge needed: Analysing, Troubleshooting, Handling of software or application issues, Learning, Listening & Probing skills and knowledge about Windows 7, 10 and other Operating systems troubleshooting, etc.

Job Duties

Identify customer issues, troubleshoot & provide online support swiftly.
Coordinate with field engineer and Process lead for field visit and ensure the calls are closed.
Proper adherence of CRM case documentation and maintenance of required data.
