Mode of Work : Work From Office (WFO) | MON - SAT (Two Saturdays will be a Holiday)

Work Location : Nungambakkam, Chennai .

Role - Requirement :

- A strong 5 - 8 + years of working experience in business development or corporate sales roles within Employee Transport business (preferably in the Service Industry).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with proven on-ground B2B sales experience in employee transport.
- Ability to independently manage regional targets and key accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
- Result-driven mindset with strong ownership of revenue, accounts, and closures.
- Strong communication proficiency in English and Tamil.




- Should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and should be able to exercise professional Judgement.
