About the Role:*

nWe are looking for a dynamic and industry-experienced Data Analytics Trainer who is passionate about teaching and capable of transforming learners into job-ready professionals. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact training programs aligned with current industry standards and hiring trends.n
Key Responsibilities:*
Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions on:
Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, Business Analysis, ETL Concepts, and Basic Statistics
Design and facilitate hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, mini-projects, and capstone projects
Mentor and guide learners to build strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ensure learners are job-ready and aligned with entry-level Data & Business Analytics roles
Track and improve learner performance, project quality, and placement success rates
Align training content with industry requirements and evolving analytics trends




Maintain program quality, compliance standards, and CSR reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance training content
Travel for training assignments, if requiredEligibility Criteria:
2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics
Robust hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python
Valuable understanding of ETL processes and basic statistical concepts
Preferred Profile:*
Prior experience in training, mentoring, or facilitation
Exposure to CSR projects, NGO programs, or government skilling initiatives
Key Competencies:*
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities
Passion for teaching and learner development
Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical understanding
