Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Receptionist & Tele caller to manage front desk operations and handle inbound and outbound calls. The role involves interacting with parents, students, and school representatives, providing information about our robotics and STEM programs, and assisting with inquiries, scheduling, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk / Reception Duties

1) Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors at the center
2) Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
3) Handle inquiries about courses, demo sessions, and programs
4) Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and demo scheduling

Tele calling Responsibilities:

1) Make outbound calls to parents and schools to introduce Care Cubs programs
2) Follow up on leads and inquiries from marketing campaigns
3) Maintain call records, lead data,



and follow-ups

Requirements:

✔ Good communication skills in Hindi and English

✔ Friendly and skilled front desk personality

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

✔ Good organizational and customer handling skills

✔ Ability to manage calls, walk-in inquiries, and scheduling simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

1)Experience in reception, tele calling, customer service, or front desk roles

2)Experience in education or EdTech industry is an added advantage
