Designation :Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Ekkattuthangal, Guindy Chennai

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
2. Experience required for the position: 5 to 10 yrs in accounts and finance field
3. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, any other accounting software)
4. Positive knowledge in Tally prime is preferred.
5. Basic/ good knowledge in GST and TDS required.
6. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
7. Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
8. Prepare and process invoices, bills, payments, and receipts
9. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
10. Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliation
11. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
12. Monitor cash flow and manage expense tracking
13.
Assist with internal and external audits
14. Maintain proper documentation of financial records
15. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
16. Good communication and interpersonal skill
17. Ability to work independently and meet deadline
18. Good Salary with statutory benefits will be provided
