The Showroom manager/sales supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales performance within the ladies wear section.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge | Hard sales increase
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably ladies ready-mades or fashion apparel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of fabrics,
fits, trends, and styling
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Standing for long hours on the sales floor
