Principal (Females)

The Principal will serve as the academic and administration leader of the school, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, student outcomes, staff development, and overall school operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic vision, uphold high standards of discipline and academic integrity, and foster a nurturing environment for students and staff.

Key responsibilities:

Academic leadership

- Develop and implement the school's vision, mission and strategic plans.
- Oversee curriculum implementation in line with the educational board ( CBSE/IB/CAMBRIDGE)
- Promote high academic standards and student achievements.
- Monitor lesson planAdministrative Duties
- Lead day-to-day school operations and manage staff schedules and responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with education regulations, safety policies, and legal requirements.
- Manage admission, examinations, and timetables effectively.

Staff Management

- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.

Student Affairs

- Promote student discipline, punctuality and behavioral standards.
- Ensure student welfare, safety, and participation in co-curricular activities.

Parents and community engagement





- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents and stakeholders.
- Organize regular parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community outreach programs.

Financial Oversight

- Collaborate with management on budgeting, resource allocation, and school development.
- Ensure responsible financial management and reporting.

Qualification and Experience

- Master's degree in Education or a related field (PhD preferred but not mandatory)
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is essential.
- Minimum 8 - 10 teaching experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of modern pedagogy, school operations, and child psychology
