Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Jaipur. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and providing prompt and accurate support via various channels such as phone, email, and chat. The associate will work closely with internal teams to monitor and improve customer satisfaction, maintain detailed records of interactions,

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills for engaging effectively with customers

- Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems
- Basic technical skills to navigate software platforms and assist customers with troubleshooting

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
