Job Description

Gurana Digital Dynamo is hiring a creative, skilled, and professional Graphic Designer to work onsite at our Vizianagaram office. The role involves designing high-quality visual content for digital platforms, branding, and marketing materials in both Telugu and English.

This is a strictly onsite role. Candidates must bring their own laptop to the office daily. The company will not provide a system.

Responsibilities

- Design social media posters (Telugu & English content)
- Create logos, branding assets, packaging designs
- Design banners, flyers, and marketing creatives
- Create animated reels and motion-based creatives
- Assist in content creation and visual storytelling
- Maintain brand consistency and design quality
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams
- Manage multiple design tasks within deadlines

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of animation tools (After Effects preferred)
- Strong creative thinking and visual sense
- Ability to design professional creatives for business use
- Proper layer management and clean design workflow
- Ability to deliver editable source files (PSD / AI)

Canva-only designers are not suitable for this role.

Language Requirements (Mandatory)





- Must know Telugu and English (reading, writing, and understanding)

Experience Requirement

- 1–3 years of graphic design experience preferred
- Exceptional freshers with strong portfolios and qualified-level work may be considered

Hardware & System Requirements (Mandatory)

Candidates must bring their own laptop with the following minimum configuration:

- Processor: Intel i7 (10th Gen or above) / AMD Ryzen 7 or equivalent
- RAM: Minimum 16 GB (32 GB preferred)
- Storage: SSD (minimum 512 GB recommended)
- Must smoothly run Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and animation tools

Candidates without the required system configuration will not be considered.

Selection Process

- Profile & Portfolio Screening – Portfolio is mandatory.
- Onsite Sample Task – Shortlisted candidates must visit the office and complete a live design task using their own laptop.
- Creative Evaluation – Candidate must explain design logic, creativity, and approach.
- Final Decision – Based on creativity, workflow, professionalism, and output quality.
