Job Description – Sales Manager (Aftermarket) – Mumbai & Pune Region

Reporting To: Regional Sales Head – West
1. Role Summary
The Sales Manager – Aftermarket will be responsible for driving sales, expanding dealer coverage, and strengthening Neo Wheels’ presence across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Pune. This dual-city role focuses on high-volume metro and semi-metro markets, requiring robust channel management, excellent market knowledge, and consistent field execution to deliver business growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets across Mumbai & Pune markets.
- Grow business in key clusters such as:
- Mumbai: Andheri, Bandra, Borivali, Ghatkopar, Mulund, Thane, Navi Mumbai
- Pune: Swargate, Baner, Wakad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Hadapsar, Camp, Kothrud
- Drive depth of distribution by adding tyre stores, accessory shops, MBO outlets, and premium auto boutiques.
- Push high-value and premium SKU penetration across metro stores.
B. Dealer & Channel Management
- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and ensure high market engagement.
- Conduct frequent market visits across MMR + Pune for order booking, product discussions, and display audits.
- Maintain healthy credit discipline and ensure timely collections.
- Identify white-spots (e.g., Navi Mumbai belt, PCMC industrial zone, Western suburbs) and onboard new channel partners.
C. Retail Execution & Market Development
- Implement best-in-class wheel displays, POS branding, and in-store visibility across both cities.
- Track competition: pricing, schemes, recent designs, and promotional activities in Mumbai & Pune.
- Execute structured beat plans for:
- Mumbai: Western Line, Central Line, Harbour Line, Thane, Navi Mumbai
- Pune: PCMC, Pune East, Pune West, Old City, Highway markets
- Support retailers with local consumer activations, test-drive camps, and promotional events.
D. Operations & Reporting
- Maintain sales MIS, daily activity reports, secondary sales mapping, and market intelligence dashboards.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely deliveries to Mumbai & Pune dealers.
- Handle customer issues, warranty claims, and after-sales queries promptly.
- Provide weekly competitor updates and market movement reports.
3. Key KPIs / KRAs
- Monthly sales achievement (primary + secondary) across both cities
- Active dealer growth & new dealership onboarding
- Display & branding compliance at top outlets
- Collection efficiency & zero-overdue compliance
- Market coverage: 18–22 dealer visits/week across Mumbai & Pune
- Growth in premium SKUs and fast-moving designs
- Competitor tracking and timely response execution
4. Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai & Pune aftermarket — tyre stores, auto accessories, alloy wheel ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and retailer relationship skills
- High field discipline and ability to manage two large metro markets
- Market intelligence and solid analytical ability
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats
5. Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate; MBA preferred
- 3–7 years of channel sales experience in automotive aftermarket (tyres, batteries, accessories, wheels)
- Prior experience handling Mumbai or Pune markets is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of dealer development and achieving sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
