Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional who not only ensures financial accuracy and compliance but also contributes to a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence. This role plays a vital part in strengthening financial processes, enabling informed decision-making, and supporting a mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including supplier payments, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports aligned with statutory and investor requirements.
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.




- Support finalization of accounts and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Manage payroll accounting, provisions, and accruals.
- Monitor budget utilization and provide financial insights and analysis to support leadership decisions.
- Promote financial discipline, transparency, and process improvements across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
- Integrity, ownership mindset, and alignment with a purpose-driven work culture.
