Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across digital and print media. This role requires the ability to lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality creative outputs aligned with US market standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects across digital and print platforms.
- Experience in designing daily promotional flyers and catalogues, creating multiple image variations, product banners and company profiles, with solid hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Develop compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and impactful designs.
- Understand client requirements (primarily US-based clients) and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.




Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company and client guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proven experience working with international (preferably US) clients.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
Experience in handling end-to-end design projects independently.

Preferred Skills
1. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

2. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g. Adobe XD).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices is a plus.
3. Strong typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
4.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

7. Experience in motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.
