Role Summary

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to handle branding, packaging, and high-impact digital content for our diverse clients and our Marathi platform, The Postman.

Key Requirements

- Software: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Expert), AI Design Tools.
- Skills: Packaging Design, Print Media (CMYK/Bleed), Social Media Graphics.
- Specialty: High-click-rate YouTube Thumbnails.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Language: Must be strictly fluent in Marathi (Typing & Grammar).

Salary & Location

- Salary: 20,000 25,000 (Based on experience and skill set).
- Location: Kothrud, Pune (In-office).

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Identity & Packaging: Create qualified packaging designs and labels for our F&B; and Dairy clients.
- Digital & Social Media: Design engaging social media posts, thumbnails, and digital campaign assets that resonate with a Marathi-speaking audience.
- Print Media: Prepare print-ready files for brochures, clinic branding, outdoor signage, and marketing collateral.
- AI Integration: Utilize modern AI design tools to speed up workflows and enhance creative output.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with the content team at The Postman to create visual assets for podcasts and documentaries.

Technical Requirements

- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Video Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a significant advantage (for basic video edits or motion graphics).
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with AI tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, or Canva Magic Studio) to optimize design processes.
- Printing Knowledge: Deep understanding of CMYK, bleed, and material-specific printing requirements for packaging.

Essential Qualifications

- Language: Must be fluent in Marathi (reading, writing, and typing) to ensure cultural nuances and typography are accurate.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in a digital agency or creative studio.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and social media work.
