Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Jaipur. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and providing prompt and accurate support via various channels such as phone, email, and chat. The associate will work closely with internal teams to monitor and improve customer satisfaction, maintain detailed records of interactions,

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
