We are looking for an accountant who manages the hotel s financial health through tasks like preparing financial statements creating and monitoring budgets overseeing accounts payable and receivable reconciling bank statements and ensuring tax and regulatory compliance Min 06Yrs of Experience in handling Accounts department Min 03Yrs of Experience in Hotel Hospitality Industry Update all the transactions of Purchases Expenses revenues in software on daily basis without fail Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods Prepare and examine financial records identify potential areas of opportunity and risk and provide solutions for businesses and individuals Recording and maintaining the financial records and performance of your hotel business Preparing key financial statements such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements for internal and external stakeholders Ensuring all financial records and statements comply with local national and international regulations preparing and filing tax returns accurately Providing financial advice to management and clients to support strategic decision-making investment strategies and other fiscal matters Ability to clearly explain financial findings and strategies to management and clients through reports and meetings Analyzing financial data to identify trends assess risks and recommend strategies to management to reduce costs enhance revenue and improve profitability Preparing Sharing the Daily Weekly Monthly Statements on or before deadline to the management Job Type Full time Pay 17 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Guruvayur Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 6 years Required Hospitality 3 years Required Language English Required Malayalam Required License Certification Tally Certificate Required Location Guruvayur Kerala Required Work Location In person
